Grow a Flavorful Salad Garden

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll create and take home a portable lettuce garden and learn how to grow, harvest, and enjoy fresh greens just steps from your kitchen, no green thumb required. It’s perfect for small spaces and for anyone who wants to bring more homegrown food to the table.

During the workshop, you’ll plant your own salad garden with 5–6 flavorful varieties like butterhead, romaine, kale, and leaf lettuce, and take it home ready to grow. In just a few weeks, you’ll be harvesting your very first bowl of fresh, homegrown salad.

This class is ideal for new gardeners who want to start small, build confidence, and learn the basics before diving into gardening on a larger scale.

Plan a Productive Well Balanced Garden

This planning-focused class is designed to help vegetable gardeners feel confident and prepared for the growing season. Instead of guessing where to plant your tomatoes or overbuying at the nursery, you’ll learn how to thoughtfully plan your garden so you know exactly what to plant, where it belongs, and how much to grow in each square foot of space.

During class, you’ll use my simple template to create your own plan and take it home, along with a guidebook to reference throughout the season. We’ll also cover what grows best in each season, so you can confidently plan for spring, summer, and fall.

This class is ideal for intermediate gardeners who grow in raised beds and are ready to be more strategic with their space.

Vegetable Garden Design Workshop

This hands-on workshop is for anyone who wants to start a garden or redo their existing garden and learn how to design a layout that truly fits their space this spring.

We’ll walk through:

  • where the best place is for a garden in your landscape

  • what size beds work best for different spaces

  • how to arrange your beds for the best flow and function

  • how to add structures like arches and trellises to create a true “wow” effect with vining tomatoes and cucumbers.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a clear blueprint that includes a sketch of your garden and a completed workbook with design guidance for your space.

Every great garden starts with a vision, and this workshop is your first step toward creating a garden that feels intentional, beautiful, and truly yours.
