Step 1: Garden Consultation

Every great garden starts with a conversation. We’ll begin with a 15-minute exploratory call to understand your goals and confirm we can help you on your gardening journey.

From there, we’ll schedule a one-hour in-person consultation to walk through your space, explore your ideas, and discuss what’s possible for your garden. This session is designed to give you the clarity and confidence to take the first steps toward your dream garden.

Within a week, you’ll receive a customized summary that includes practical garden setup essentials, and key recommendations based on our discussion which may include garden bed placement, plant selection, and select materials. You’ll also receive a personalized design quote to help bring your vision to life, should you want additional support.

Step 2: Custom Design

After the consultation if you want a thorough design we’ll take precise measurements and assess your space alongside our contractors to ensure the design fits your unique needs. As part of the process, we’ll meet to review our style guide, helping you select materials and features that match your space and align with your preferences. We’ll tailor the design to ensure it’s functional, beautiful, and complements your lifestyle.

Your design package will include a dimensioned plan and layout customized to your space, a planting plan tailored to maximize growth and beauty, and a sourcing guide and materials list for those who prefer a DIY option. You’ll also receive an installation estimate, with the option for us to handle every step, from setup to planting. This step is about more than a plan—it’s about creating a garden that reflects your style, meets your needs, and thrives in your space.

Step 3: Installation & Coaching

This is where your vision becomes a reality. Our installation services take care of everything, including preparing the space, installing raised beds, and planting. Every detail is managed with care to ensure your garden has a strong foundation to flourish.

But the journey doesn’t end there. To help you grow your skills and confidence, we offer personalized coaching designed to support you as you learn to care for your garden. From planting and maintenance to troubleshooting and harvesting, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
